We are sorry to hear things didn't work out.  Once the return has been received and verified as meeting the return eligibility requirements (click HERE to learn more about what you can return), a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.  Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be credited to the original form of payment for debit/credit card transactions.

For purchases made with PayPal and Amazon Pay, you will be refunded to your account as soon as the online store has processed your return.  For Zip Pay purchases, the amount of the refund will be deducted from the balance owed on your Zip Pay account.  For more information on Zip Pay click HERE.
