If you need to return a Windsor item you purchased from the TikTok Shop, there are a few things you should know:

• Eligible orders can only be returned through our return portal, Happy Returns.
• Orders from TikTok cannot be returned at a store location.
• Eligible dresses must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
• All other eligible regular priced women's clothing must be returned within 24 days from the delivery date.

To return an item from the TikTok shop, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Happy Returns portal.
2. Enter your TikTok order number and zip code and start return.
3. Select the item(s) you are returning.
4. Select the “Box and ship” option and follow instructions.
