Our online Windsor store does provide online shipping labels for purchases eligible for return made at windsorstore.com. 

The cost of a prepaid shipping label is $7.95 and is deducted from the refund amount once the return is received and verified as meeting return eligibility standards.  Please use the original packaging to return the merchandise, along with the packing slip.
