There are several reasons why an item may not be eligible for return.  All dresses must be returned within 14 days from the original delivery date.  All other items eligible for return must be done within 30 days from the original delivery date.  All merchandise being returned must be new, unworn, unwashed and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.  Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the package. 

Items listed as Final Sale/Clearance or Promotional are not eligible for return.  Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are always considered Final Sale items and may not be returned.   To see more about what items are eligible for return, click HERE.
