We are sorry to hear things didn't work out.  Once the return has been received and verified as meeting the return eligibility requirements, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. 

Please allow up to 7 business days upon the return arriving at our warehouse for the return to be processed and closed. Your refund will be issued to the original debit or credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 2–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank’s processing times. 

For purchases made with PayPal and Amazon Pay, you will be refunded to your account as soon as the online store has processed your return.  If you completed your purchase with ZIP Pay, the amount of the refund will be deducted from the balance owed on your ZIP Pay account.  For more information on ZIP Pay click HERE.
