RETURN POLICY 

• Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Eligible dresses can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Original costs for shipping, duties or taxes are non-refundable.
• Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return
• Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.
• Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. 
• Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
• Returned items with visible signs of use, including makeup, hair, fibers, dirt, deodorant, or perfume will not be accepted.
• Any items with a discount of more than 30% off are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
• Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the package.
• Returns from multiple orders should not be combined in one box. Combining orders may cause your refund to be delayed.
