US Return Policy & Instructions
POLICY
- Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Eligible dresses may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Returns postmarked after return window, or that otherwise do not meet our return policy, are not eligible to return and will be destroyed.
- Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.
- Returned items with visible signs of use, including makeup, hair, fibers, dirt, deodorant, or perfume, will not be accepted.
- Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- Any items with a discount of more than 30% are FINAL SALE
- Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, cosmetics, and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
- Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Returns from multiple orders should not be combined in one box. Combining orders may cause your refund to be delayed.
REFUNDS
- All refunds will be returned back to the original payment method used to place the order.
- Items returned via Mail are $7.95.
- Returns to Return Bars are $4.95.
- Returns to our retail stores are free.
- Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
- Returns postmarked after the return window, or that otherwise do not meet our return policy, are not eligible for a return and cannot be mailed back to you.
- Any and all return fees are deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
- To exchange an item, you can start your return process HERE. You can then place a new order online for a replacement item. If the item you are looking for isn’t available online, please feel free to visit one of our many store locations. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT
- Inspect and deny any return.
- Deny return based on shopping history or abuses of our return policy.
- Purchasing with the intention to return excessive quantities may result in future denied returns.
