Retail Store Return Instructions
All of our 200+ retail store locations accept returns for eligible merchandise purchased online at windsorstore.com. When returning eligible merchandise purchased online to a Windsor retail location, please include all original tags and packing slip when available.
Merchandise purchased in a Windsor retail store cannot be returned to the online store.
ONLINE PURCHASES THAT CAN BE RETURNED IN-STORE
- Regular priced eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned in a retail location for store credit or a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Regular priced Special Occasion and Formal Dresses are must be returned 14 days from the ship date.
- Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.
- Items listed as Final Sale/Clearance or Promotional cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Swimwear can be returned if purchased online and have all tags and hygienic liner attached.
- Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are always Final Sale and may not be returned.
