All of our 300+ retail store locations accept returns for eligible merchandise purchased online at windsorstore.com. When returning eligible merchandise purchased online to a Windsor retail location, please include all original tags and packing slip when available.

Merchandise purchased in a Windsor retail store cannot be returned to the online store.

ONLINE PURCHASES THAT CAN BE RETURNED IN-STORE

• Regular priced eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned in a retail location for store credit or a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Eligible dresses must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. 
• Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. 
• Items listed as Final Sale/Clearance or Promotional cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are always Final Sale and may not be returned.
