Retail Store Exchanges & Refunds
All of our 300+ retail store locations accept returns for eligible merchandise purchased online at windsorstore.com.
Online orders cannot be returned to stores located outside the 48 contiguous states.
EXCHANGES
- To exchange items, we will first need to process your return and then help you select the new items of your choice. Exchanges are processed in two separate transactions. Returns to Windsor retail stores must meet Return Eligibility Standards (click HERE for more information); the online store currently does not process exchanges.
REFUNDS
- Returns to our retail stores are free, but must meet Return Eligibility Standards (click HERE for more information).
- To receive a full refund, regular priced eligible dresses must be returned to a retail location within 14 days from the original delivery date.
- Regular priced eligible merchandise may be returned in a retail location for store credit within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Please be aware that if you bought items using ZIP Pay and exchange or return them at a retail location, you will still owe a balance to ZIP Pay for the original purchase amount. ZIP Pay will continue to charge you directly for the remaining installments on your balance.
