Windsor gift cards purchased online are emailed directly to the person entered as the "Recipient".  We send the electronic gift card to the person you bought it for right away, but sometimes it can take 15-30 minutes for it to get transmitted by the email company.  The subject of the email will be "You received a Windsor Gift Card!"  If the person you bought the gift card for has not received the email notification, please ask them to check their spam/trash folders.
