Everything you need to know after placing an order
ORDER INFO
- We cannot change an order after it’s been placed.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item will ship.
- During our peak season shipping processing times can be extended to 3-4 days.
- Our inventory sells out fast! We do our best to fulfill every order. In the event an item isn't available we will let you know as soon as we can.
- Please note that until your order is shipped, Windsor reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason, including without limitation, for purposes of correcting a pricing error.
- Your order might arrive in a few separate shipments. This happens because your items could be coming from different fulfillment locations. You'll get individual emails with tracking numbers for each shipment.
PAYMENT PROCESSING INFO
- When your order is received, we place a pre-authorization hold on your credit card for the full amount of your purchase. Depending on on your bank, the authorization charge can take up to 7 days to be released.
- Full payment is captured at the time your order begins to ship.
- For orders placed online from one of our retail locations, full payment is captured at the time the order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All amounts are noted in USD.
- Duties & Fees may not be included in the total.
