All of our 300+ retail locations accept returns for eligible items made online at windsorstore.com (excludes international and Canadian orders).

All eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
All merchandise being returned must be new, unworn, unwashed and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.  

Items listed as Final Sale/Clearance or Promotional are not eligible for return.  Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics, fragrance, and lingerie are always considered Final Sale items and may not be returned.
