• Items purchased in a Canadian Windsor store can only be returned at Canadian store locations.
• Canadian store purchases cannot be returned at any US retail location or by mail.
• Any in-store or online purchase made in the US cannot be returned at a Windsor store location in Canada.

If you have a Windsor gift card, please check the country of purchase.
• Gift cards purchased at Canadian Windsor stores can only be redeemed at Canadian Windsor stores and are not redeemable online or at any US store location.
• Gift cards purchased at US Windsor stores are not redeemable at our Canadian store locations.
