What does “Forward Expired” mean?
If you have had a recent change of address while your package was in transit, the carrier might have been instructed to forward your order to the new address. During this process the carrier might stop the forward and ship back to us (Windsor).
Windsor shipping does not support forwarding addresses. Therefore, we cannot provide support in getting the package to any address other than the shipping address added at checkout. If your order is returned back to Windsor, we will offer a reship or a full refund.
