When can I report a lost package?
Packages can sometimes be accidentally delivered to a neighbor or incorrect address. So we ask that you please allow for 24 hours to pass after the date shown as delivered to contact customer service. This will allow some time for the carrier and/or neighbor to get your package to you. If more than 24 hours have passed after the stated delivery date/time, Windsor will happily help you to process a lost package claim and/or possibly a replacement, but please note: Windsor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Missing or lost package claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
