If you have had a recent change of address while your package is in transit, the carrier might have been instructed to forward your order to the new address. During this process the carrier might stop the forward and ship back to us (Windsor).

Windsor shipping does not support forwarding addresses. Therefore we cannot provide support in getting the package to any address other than the shipping address added at checkout.  If your order is returned back we will offer a reship of a full refund.
