There could be a few reasons why an order can be marked as RTS or Return to Sender. If your order tracking has been updated to RTS the following are a few of the most common reasons.
-Insufficient/invalid shipping address
-Business was closed/refused receipt
-Unclaimed at customs
-Refused/returned by the customer
Once the tracking is marked as RTS Windsor cannot re-route the package. The order can be re-shipped or refunded. Please contact our customer service agent to advise them of how you would like be assisted.
