Packages can sometimes be accidentally delivered to a neighbor or incorrect address. So we ask that you please allow for 24 hours to pass after the date shown as delivered to contact customer service. This will allow some time for the carrier and/or neighbor to get your package to you. If after 24 hours of the stated delivery date/time has passed, Windsor will happily help you to process a lost package claim and/or possibly a replacement, but please note, Windsor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please take into consideration the 1-2 processing days, as well as the estimated shipping transit times. The delivery times will depend on the shipping option chosen during check out.
