Can I exchange merchandise purchased online?
To exchange an item, you can start your return process HERE. You can then place a new order online for a replacement item. If the item you are looking for isn’t available online, please feel free to visit one of our many store locations. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
Items eligible for exchange must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached. Items listed as Final Sale/Clearance or Promotional cannot be exchanged. Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are always Final Sale and may not be exchanged.
