We do not allow for returns or exchanges for items outside of the eligible return windows.  

Special Occasion and Formal Dresses (which might have a purple Special Occasion tag) must be returned within 14 days from the original ship date.  All other items eligible for return must be done within 30 days from the original ship date. 

All merchandise being returned must be new, unworn, unwashed and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. Click HERE for more information.
