We are sorry to hear things didn't work out. Once the return has been received and verified as meeting the return eligibility requirements, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 7 business days upon the return arriving at our warehouse for the return to be processed and closed. Your refund can only be credited to the original form of payment for debit/credit card transactions, and may take additional time depending on your credit card company or bank processing times.
For purchases made with PayPal and Amazon Pay, you will be refunded to your account as soon as the online store has processed your return.
